At TOCO our number one priority is to look after the health and safety of our employees and sub-contractor staff as well as minimizing the impact to our business, as much as possible. As early as in March 2020, we set-up an online COVID-19 information hub and enabled a web-based ‘Health & Travel Screening Questionnaire‘ for employees and visitors.
It was a moment of pride for TOCO to achieve 100% vaccination status for all our eligible employees across the entire business.
TOCO kick started the COVID-19 vaccination drive shortly after the vaccine roll-out in Oman. We ran several successful initiatives to encourage our employees to undergo vaccination. A follow up and tracking system was established to create a live database of vaccinated employees. Our proactive approach in vaccination enabled us to fully comply with the workplace entry requirements enforced by our customers without exceptions.
