Oman celebrates “Tree Day” on 31st October every year.
TOCO celebrated Oman Tree Day in our head office and at various site locations.
The activities included planting of trees & shrubs and short speeches highlighting the need to preserve the greenery and environment in general.
Kawther, a twelve-year-old student and sister of one of our employees, gave an inspiring speech which she concluded by saying “Remember, we sit under the shade of a tree today because someone took the effort to plant it, one day!”
