1965 – TOCO started their operations in Oman as “William Brothers”
1974 – Registered as ‘The Oman Construction Company LLC (TOCO)’

1990 – 1994 – OXY Safah Field Gas Injection Project
1995 – 1997 – Engineering Services & Pipeline Maintenance for PDO
1999 onwards – Oman LNG Maintenance Contract
1997 – 1998 – Saih Rawl – Qarn Alam Pipelines
2002 – 2004 – EPC of OXY Northern Gas Pipeline Project
2003 – 2007 – EPC of Dhulaima/Lekhweir, Kauther & Marmul Pipelines
2005 – Oman LNG – Lean Gas Project
2005 onwards – OXY Mukhaizna Construction Contract
2008 onwards – PDO Fahud 4 PL – Rig Moving
2011 – 2013 – PDO – Birba Gas Injection Project
2012 – 25 Million Man hours without LTI
2012 – OXY Mukhaizna SAT 1 Facility construction
2013 – OXY – Safah & Wadi Laitham Construction Services
2013 – TOCO was acquired by Interserve Plc (UK) and Mr. Maqbool Hamid Al Saleh
2015 – TOCO completes 50 years of its service to the Oman’s Oil & Gas industry
2015 – Commissioned the first and longest 12” steel pipeline to date built using ZapLok™ non-welding methodology in Oman
Now and beyond
2017 – Commissioned 60 KM BP Khazzan Gas Export pipeline and 227 KM MSPP pipeline projects
2018 – Completed Barka 4 IWP mechanical construction project & Salalah Methanol major plant turnaround (TA 2018)
2019 – Award of multiple multimillion USD oilfield contracts by OXY and major plant maintenance contract by Oman LNG
2019 – TOCO was acquired by Oil & Gas Investments Ltd (Guernsey) and Mr Zaid Al Sulaimani on 20 Nov 2019
2021 – TOCO became a fully owned subsidiary of Arabian Industries Projects LLC and Arabian Industries LLC in June 2021
